Overview

The Victorian Planning Authority (VPA) referred draft Casey Planning Scheme Amendment C296case, submissions and other supporting documents to the VPA Projects Standing Advisory Committee on 23 December 2024.

Draft Casey Planning Scheme Amendment C296case proposes to facilitate the use and development of the Croskell (Employment) precinct for employment and residential uses.

The Croskell (Employment) precinct is located within the City of Casey. The precinct encompasses around 317 hectares and is bounded by Thompsons Road to the north, Berwick Cranbourne Road to the east, and Narre Warren Cranbourne Road to the west.

Public hearing

The Committee will hold a public hearing for this matter commencing on Monday, 3 March 2025. The hearing will run for 18 days, concluding on Wednesday 2 April 2025.

The hearing will be held in the Melbourne CBD, between two venues. Please see the Directions and timetable (version 3) letter below for details of the hearing venues, dates and times.
