Overview

Ministerial call-in of VCAT Proceeding P1537/2024 relating to the proposed demolition of existing buildings, development of a twelve-storey mixed-use building with residential and retail uses, and reduction in car parking requirements at 155 Johnston Street, Fitzroy.

The Minister for Planning has referred the proposal to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.

Public Hearing

The Committee will hold a Public Hearing for this matter commencing at 10.00am Monday, 9 December 2024.

The first week of the hearing will be held in person (at a location to be confirmed) and via videoconference (link below).
