Overview

This is a combined planning scheme amendment and permit application that applies to the land at 50 Mackey Street, North Geelong. Draft Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C462ggee proposes to add a new Schedule 1 to Clause 33.01 (Industrial 1 Zone) for the land. Draft planning permit PP632/2023 seeks approval for use and redevelopment of the land for a seven-storey mixed-use building with office, industrial and warehouse uses.

This matter has been referred to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.
