Overview

A combined draft Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C462ggee and Planning Permit PP632/2023 to facilitate redevelopment of land at 50 Mackey Street, North Geelong for a seven-storey mixed-use building with office, industrial and warehouse uses. The Minister for Planning referred this matter to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.

On 6 December 2023 the proponent withdrew its Planning Permit PP632/2023 application and requested that draft Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C462ggee be abandoned. As such, the Committee did not hold a public hearing for this matter.
