Overview

The 1 Spring St and 21-25 Flinders Lane Melbourne Advisory Committee was appointed by the Minister for Planning on 24 June 2022.

The Committee provided advice to the Minister for Planning on planning and heritage matters related to the proposed redevelopment of 1 Spring Street and 21-25 Flinders Lane Melbourne – draft amendment C401melb and heritage permits P33300 and P33301.

The proposed development included:

  • partial demolition of existing structures
  • development of a multi-storey commercial office building.
